Wardrobe & Costume Designer
My career has always been linked to Fashion and Costume Design. I have a broad range of experience designing for theater, film and television, as well as experience in different formats such as telenovelas, movies, documentaries, commercials, series and reality shows.
I have worked as a costume designer in the U.S., Venezuela, Colombia and Cuba, where I attended the National Film School of San Antonio de los Baños as the Art Director and Costume Designer of different shorts films. Recently my work brought me to the U.S. to do location shooting for the soap opera “Allá te espero” (Wait for me), which was broadcasted in more than 10 countries. This project had a demanding workflow in terms of number of scenes to be recorded per day, and a demanding workload that required perfection with no possibility of error in the continuities in order to optimize the production times.
I have experience in Costume Design for large scale projects such as "La Pola", an extraordinary challenge where I created the wardrobe for a cast of 50 actors and more than 300 extras that worked in this masterpiece directed by Sergio Cabrera. In Fashion Design, I also conceptualized, designed and produced two clothing brands for women, Coccoa and Maluca, both with great acceptance in the market.
I speak English, Italian and Spanish, which is my mother tongue.
